They seem to get through due diligence just scraping by. They have perfectly good intentions but in the end they just don’t perform the task to completion.
With no assets to secure finance, no historical documents and no bank financing. When you see that all of your money is being spent into a development without financing then it simply is a bad investment. It’s not particularly evil, its just terribly planned.

Let us consider the programme which used to be on channel four in the United Kingdom called ‘Grand Designs’. It really was an excellent programme, I spent countless hours watching it and really did enjoy it. I actually sat there chuckling away at this one Welsch guy who was a soap star in Wales.
